I’m supporting Kim for Northville’s Board of Education.
I was on Northville’s Board for over 12 years, through good times and bad. I know what it takes to be a good member. You need to be a good critical thinker, make decisions based on objective data, always have the best interest of the district and its stakeholders in mind, and, most importantly, listen with an open mind. Kim possesses all of these characteristics.

We need board members who come to office with the right skill set and an open mind. Kim’s a levelheaded calm thinker. That’s what we need in these tumultuous times. Kim’s only agenda is to serve our district. She’ll listen to all sides before making a decision.
Kim also brings a unique skill set. Her background in public health is invaluable. But, she’s not a one-trick pony. I would endorse Kim even if she didn’t have a public health background.

I’m voting for Kim, and I recommend you do too.
— Ken Roth, past Northville Mayor, City Council President and School Board President
Kim’s experience as a teacher, nurse, and public health expert will be invaluable as the navigates the current crisis. But equally important, I know Kim to be a person of exceptional judgment. I’m confident that Kim will be an outstanding board member.
— Joan Wadsworth, past Northville School Board President
I strongly urge a vote for Kimberly Campbell-Voytal for Northville School Board. Her longtime residency as a parent and grandparent of Northville Students as well as her background in public health and education at Wayne State make her a very knowledgeable candidate. Her compassion and intellect will serve the students, parents, staff, and residents of Northville well as she is a quick, fair-minded learner who will listen and see all sides of an issue before coming to a decision. Please vote for Kim on November 8th for Northville School Board.
— Martha Nield, Northville resident for 50 years, parent of two graduates, former member of Northville School Board, 1994-2002
Kim Voytal is an important voice in the shaping of the Northville Public Schools in the years ahead. Her experience as a public health professional and educator are invaluable assets for the district as it navigates post-pandemic challenges and opportunities. Kim’s deep roots and involvement in the Northville community give her a broad and diverse perspective. Her integrity, grace and character are qualities we need in our leaders — especially during these divisive and tumultuous times.
— Michele Fecht, past Northville City Council Member
A reminder to my Northville - Novi friends and neighbors.
Please consider casting your vote for my friend, Kim Campbell-Voytal for Northville School Board. Kim has spent her life in education and public health. She is a deep listener with a compassionate heart for all children. Kim has always been a graceful leader, much needed in our world today.
