  4. Prudent fiscal management that prioritizes instructional excellence and teacher retention

  5. Increased state funding for Northville Public Schools

Quality Schools

  1. Student-centered systems of support to reduce achievement gaps

  2. Teaching excellence by providing teachers with quality professional development, the opportunity for team collaboration, and technical support

  3. Student opportunity to participate in real-world learning experiences that build character, enhance personal development and readiness to live as a global citizen

  4. Timely, transparent, and detailed communication to community stakeholders regarding District issues

Healthy Environments

  1. School systems and protocols that protect the safety of teachers, students, staff, and visitors

  2. District disciplinary policies that are just and involve restorative practices

  3. Facility environments (HVAC, cleaning practices, etc.) that meet health standards

  4. School climates that prioritize children’s social, emotional, nutritional, sleep, and physical activity needs

  5. School early warning systems to provide students/families, faculty, and staff with early identification, referral, treatment, and mental health supports as required
